Health Information Project

for Teens and Parents

Provides consumer health and substance abuse prevention materials addressing issues of concern to teens, families and youth agencies in teen-reviewed, teen-recommended formats through public libraries in the Mid-Hudson Library System.

The Projects videos/DVDs, books, both fiction and non-fiction and website links address issues of concern to young people ages 20 and under, to their families, to educators and to agencies serving youth.

RSVP

The Library participates in the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. Volunteers meet three Mondays a month, from 10am to noon, to help the Library prepare for fund-raisers, conduct mailings and sort and staff our Brown Bag and Attic Boutiques. Community Service

In addition to volunteer labor, the library relies on help from National Honor Society members and others who may wish to do community service. Contact the library for details.
