HOW TO GET YOUR LIBRARY CARD

To borrow library materials, we ask that you fill out an application giving us some information about yourself for our computer. You will need to show some form of identification and proof of residency such as a driver's license, or if you are new to the area, an envelope, such as a phone bill recently mailed to your new address. You will be given a card with your patron number which will give you immediate access to library materials. There is no limit to the number of books, magazines or audio tapes that you may borrow. Video tapes and DVD's are limited to two per card. Cards are available for children over the age of three.

Rochester Memberships

Memberships are available to Rochester residents at an annual fee of $50.00 per household. Please bring identification to the desk when you come in for your membership. This fee is necessary because the state defined service area of our library is the town of Marbletown. The Library is funded by the taxpayers of Marbletown and no funding comes from the town of Rochester. We would like to provide as much service as we can to Rochester residents and in return we ask that Rochester users pay an amount approximately equivilent to what Marbletown taxpayers are paying.
